Really good Stay Near Galata

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate Aysude's assistance with various needs. The location is central, close to the Galata Tower and many restaurants are easy to reach. I had a gift of sweets in the room, that was very nice.
The body lotion and hair conditioner were in the wrong bottles. The housekeeping missed some details, such as replacing the single toothbrush cup. The breakfast room is in a separate building, accessed through an alley, and it is small and crowded.

My Beautiful King Room featured a comfortable king bed. There were complimentary water, tea and coffee in the room, excluding the minibar items. Towels received daily changes, with fresh slippers available upon request.

i loved the hotel's perfect location near the iconic Galata Tower. friendly staff helped with all my needs and questions . before checking out, i got a thoughtful gift of nuts and turkish delights. breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options.
the wifi was unfortunately unstable, it kept disconnecting at random times. this made working remotely difficult.

I found the location really good. it is very close to galata tower. the hotel provided daily room cleaning with fresh towels. i received a small thank you gift upon departure. It was a pleasant surprise.
The hair dryer stopped every fifteen seconds. It made hair drying a bit of a process.
